Pot Roast and Veggies


3lb top round
2 sweet potatoes chopped
Pearl Onions
Whole radishes
Cloves of garlic
Rosemary
Salt and Pepper
Dried Basil
Chopped Italian parsley
1/2 cup Worcester Sauce
1 cup Red Wine

Throw it all into a crock pot. Turn it on low. Come back in 8 hours. Eat.

I made this overnight last night so I could have it for lunch today. It was a perfect plan. I also had it for dinner and will probably eat it for the next three days. Makes a great sandwich.
