Cheese wrapped olives

Can of black olives or a jar of green--pitted
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup soft butter
1 cup flour (start with 3/4 cup and add more if necessary)
paprika, chili powder, etc to season the dough

Put a small piece of pepperoni or provolone into each olive.
Have all other ingredients in a large bowl. Let cheese and butter soften. Work the whole thing with your hand until it forms a ball. Break off a piece at a time and wrap around olive, then roll as if it were a meatball. Place on a waxed paper covered cookie sheet and freeze (unless you are using them right away). After they are frozen I put them into a zip-lock.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 for about 30 minutes--a little longer if frozen.
