Pork Roast, Broccoli Rabe, Root Vegetables, Asparagus
The pork and the root veggies were roasted in the same roasting pan, with some rosemary, salt, pepper, etc. The rabe was cooked in the conventional steam then saute in garlic and oil method. Same with the asparagus.
