Corn Salad


2 ears of fresh corn, cut off cob, uncooked
1/2 c. chopped onions or shallots
2 cloves chopped garlic
cup diced tomatoes
lots of chopped parsley and basil
salt pepper, olive oil

Saute onions, garlic and corn in olive oil till slightly browned and corn is
cooked. Cool.
Add remaining ingredients and serve.
