Italian-Jewish Vegetable Soup

I just invented this today. This is comfort food on steroids and its quick. Here’s what you do for about 4 servings:

Boil up half a pound of short pasta. I used rotini. Strain.
Put back in pot.
Add a large can of chicken broth and a can or two of Manischewitz matzo balls in broth.
Prepare a bag of microwave-steamed mixed veggies. (Carrots, broccoli, water chestnuts, snap peas)
Then add the veggies to the soup. Simmer.
Add some pepper and begin noshing! Molto bene!!
